| Level 1: LOVE IT Intro to Hip Hop Fitness Technique- Learn basic Hip Hop that incorporate toning and cardio to help refine skills and define muscles. |
| Level 2: LEARN IT Hip Hop Master class-Feel the experience in this one hour heart pumping hip hop routine that incorporates many of the techniques learned in level 1. |
| Level 3: TEACH IT For those looking to instructing group fitness classes or professionals looking to further their education. |
